How do I log into the Virtual Academy?

In order to log in and access content, you must create a Virtual Academy account first. Once you've created your account, you will be able to enroll in and access your courses. If you have not yet created a Virtual Academy account:
  1.  Start by going to the Virtual Academy.
  2. Click Sign In (in the top-right corner). A pop-up will appear.
  3. Click Create Account. A pop-up will appear.
  4. You can choose to create your account by linking it to one of the displayed social media platforms, or by filling out the form.
If you've already created an account, you can log in with these steps:
  1.  Start by going to the Virtual Academy.
  2. Click Sign In (in the top-right corner). A pop-up will appear.
  3. Enter your email address as your username.
  4. Enter your created password.
  5. Click Login
Tip: If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password? link and follow the prompts.

How can I reset my password?

  1.  Make sure you are logged out of the Virtual Academy.
  2. Return to the Virtual Academy and click Sign In. A pop up will appear.
  3. Click the Forgot password link.
  4. Enter your email address. 
  5. Click OK. A notice will appear.
  6. Check your email and follow the password-reset link.

If your email address is not found, it can mean that your account is not associated with the submitted email address (a different one was used), that there are communication problems between your browser and the platform, or that an account was never created. If you are unable to log in with a different browser, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you!

How do I log out of the Virtual Academy?

  1. If you are in a course, return to the course page.
  2. Click Me in the navigation menu. A drop-down menu will appear.
  3. Click Sign Out.

Where can I edit my account details?

  1. From the Virtual Academy, click Me in the navigation menu.
  2. Click Profile
  3. Click the Edit button.
  4.  Click through the tabs to update your details.
  5. Save your changes.

I'm unable to update my email. Error message reads Already Exists.

The system will not allow you to update your email address to one that already exists in another account. If you see this error message, it means you have multiple accounts.
Please know that learner data cannot be transferred from one account to the other, in other words, we cannot merge the accounts. If you would like to keep your learner data, you will need to log into each account separately.

If one account does not have completion data but does have the preferred email address, please follow these steps to "release" your email address:

  1. Log into the account that does not have any courses and click Me in the navigation menu.
  2. Click Profile
  3. Click the Edit button.
  4.  Add "DUPLICATE_" to the beginning of the email address.
  5. Save your changes. Once saved, you will be able to update the other account with your preferred email address.


Where can I find and access the courses I've enrolled in?

Once logged into the Virtual Academy, you can view all of the courses you've enrolled in and return to them from two places:
  1. The Start tab, which is where you land when you first log in. Scroll down (just past Purchase a Course Bundle) to My Courses.
  2. Your Profile, just below your Achievements.

This is the My Courses section under the Start tab.
